The next video happened following a very enlightening conversation about "Who da' man."
We were watching a morning show in which a person said, "You da' man." The following conversation ensued:
Eli: You da' man?
Me: Yeah, you da' man. Are you da' man?
Eli: No.
Me: Is Daddy da' man?
Eli: NO!
Me: He's not?
Eli: NO, HE'S NOT!
Below is what Daddy IS:
Eli translation: Daddy is my best friend.
So apparently you can't be "da' man" and a best friend. It also explains his exasperated tone. How could I not understand that?! DUH!
